The View from the TopWhat Lies Below the Cabin
The wheel stands right at the edge of the resort's built-up area: on one side the park with its circus and carousels, on the other the white residential blocks, and beyond them the Caspian and Nardaran.

What You See and How We Know
The resort hasn't published a list of landmarks, and we didn't film from a cabin ourselves. But there's an aerial photo of the same site, from April 18, 2025, by the Press Service of the President of Azerbaijan, CC BY 4.0. Everything listed below can be made out in it and in footage of the park.

Two Crops of One Photo

Left: the wheel from above, a separate plot by the residential buildings, with a white booth and a driveway next to it. Right: a wider view with the entrance towers, a carousel, the blue-and-yellow circus tent and the park garden. April 2025; the paving around the wheel hadn't been laid yet.
when to go
Day, Evening and Duration
By day: the sea and the blocks
Per the venue description, you can see the sea and the city from the top. Aerial photos of the spot clearly show the resort's white buildings, the water park and the Nardaran road.
In the evening: the park lights
The park stays open until 2 a.m., and the carousels are lit up. We have no confirmation that the wheel itself is lit: all our footage is from daytime.
How long a turn takes
Not announced. Elsewhere in the world a turn usually takes 10 to 30 minutes, but we won't apply other wheels' numbers to this one.

What We Don't Know About the View
For comparison: the Baku Ferris wheel on the Boulevard (Şeytan çarxı) is 60 m tall, with 30 cabins for 8 people each, built by the Dutch company Dutch Wheels and opened on March 10, 2014. It's a different attraction, 25 km from Sea Breeze. Source: Wikipedia, “Baku Ferris Wheel.”
