We checked this question specifically: the wheel has no entrance, ticket office, hours, phone or page of its own. Below is all the evidence and what stands around it.

How We Know

Short answer: the wheel is part of Luna Park. It isn't a standalone venue: it has no entrance, ticket office, hours, phone or website of its own; everything is shared with Luna Park.

Here's what confirms it:

  • The venue card in the resort's master list of places (sb-091): parent zone “Luna Park,” description “Ferris wheel with enclosed cabins, views of the sea and city, inside Luna Park.”
  • On seabreeze.az the wheel has no page of its own: it's mentioned in the Infrastructure → Kids → Luna Park section along with the carousels and slides.
  • The park's opening news (26.05.2024, seabreeze.az; retold by 1news.az and 4kids.az on 29.05.2024) lists the Ferris wheel among Luna Park's own rides: “in August a tall Ferris wheel will also open here.”
  • A frame from the “Evrey iz Baku” channel (17.12.2024): the red-and-white Luna Park entrance, an “INFORMATION / TICKETS” window and a picture of the Ferris wheel on the facade. The footage shows no separate ticket office for the wheel.
  • Aerial photo of 18.04.2025 (Press Service of the President of Azerbaijan, CC BY 4.0): the wheel stands inside the same fenced area as the striped circus tent and carousels.
  • The wheel has no separate website, Instagram, phone or 2GIS listing; 2GIS has a “Luna Park Sea Breeze” listing, and the wheel isn't there as a standalone venue.

The only detail that seems to contradict this: in the April 2025 aerial photo the wheel stands at the edge, on a separate plot by the residential buildings, while the carousels and circus tent are farther east. But that's about location, not management: the ticket office, entrance and hours are shared.

Sea Breeze circus

The 1250-seat tent with a 13 m ring stands right next to the wheel, between Luna Park and the water park. It opened on June 1, 2024; tickets are 10–40 AZN.

The Luna Park opening news (26.05.2024) mentions “seven rides,” four of them by name. The resort didn't make a separate page for each ride.

About the park and wheel

Is the Ferris wheel a separate venue or part of Luna Park?

Part of Luna Park. The wheel has no entrance, ticket office, hours, phone or website of its own: seabreeze.az mentions it within the Luna Park section, the resort inventory lists it as a venue inside Luna Park, and the wheel itself is painted on the park's ticket office. It has no separate 2GIS listing either.

When did the wheel open?

The opening was announced for August 2024, along with the launch of Luna Park. We didn't find a separate opening announcement; in December 2024 footage and the April 2025 aerial photo the wheel is already in place, and the resort's 2026 inventory lists it as operating.

What can you see from the top?

The resort hasn't published a list of landmarks. The venue description says the sea and the city; the aerial photo of the same spot shows the circus tent, carousels, the water park, the resort's white blocks and Nardaran settlement near the wheel.

When is it open?

Luna Park is open from 9:00 to 2:00 per the opening news (May 2024). The wheel has no schedule of its own, and the hours haven't been separately confirmed for 2026. Rides may not run in winter or bad weather, so check on site.
